Cancellation Policy
Ethereal Reiki (TM) has a 24 hour cancellation policy. To cancel an appointment, contact Love at 617-681-8075 and leave a message. To reschedule an appointment, go through the booking process and in the notes section, state you are rescheduling due to a calendar conflict and list the initial date/time of your scheduled session. If you are a 'no call, no show' for your session, I will reach out to you and ask you to request a refund for your purchase. It is important to note that I have a full client list and would appreciate the respect of a cancellation or reschedule so others may partake of my services.
